We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I treat patients with compassion and calmness, hoping to make them feel safe and relaxed. I’ve been part of Inspired Dentistry of Yakima since 1999 and treasure the friendships I’ve made here. I go above and beyond to ensure patients are at ease, meeting their needs and seeing to it that every visit is a positive experience. I provide chairside assistance, helping the doctor during procedures while supporting their patient.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband of more than 25 years and our two wonderful children.
Darlene’s attentive to each patient’s comfort. She listens to their concerns, talks with them about their oral health, and helps them feel relaxed. She’s been part of our team since 2000 and feels her patients are part of her extended family. While she cleans teeth, Darlene talks with her patient about home dental hygiene. She teaches patients how to improve their home care and develop good habits so their smile stays healthy and bright.
In her free time, Darlene enjoys traveling, camping, and riding the Oregon Coast sand dunes with her fiancé, Roger. She loves time with her two grown children and adorable grandson.
I am glad to answer our patients’ questions about treatment and make sure they are informed and happy with their care. I joined the team in 2015, having started in the field in 1981 as a prosthetic lab technician. I am happiest when seeing the joy on a patient’s face after finishing a cosmetic treatment: I love those beautiful smiles! Working chairside, I help our doctors provide the most up-to-date, comfortable dental care.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being with my family and friends.
I am passionate about helping patients improve the health of their smiles. I love seeing patients become motivated and excited about caring for their oral health! After starting in the dental field in 2010, I joined the team in 2016. I am so enjoying getting to know our families and building relationships. Working with each patient, I provide gentle, comprehensive, and personalized oral hygiene care and education.
During my time off, I love being with my husband and kids. I also enjoy fishing, motorcycle riding, and most all, outdoor activities.
My warm smile will welcome you when you arrive. I’ll check you in, update your paperwork, and always ask how your day is going. I’m here to help you schedule visits and answer your questions about insurance. I’ve been with Inspired Dentistry of Yakima since 2012 and have worked in the dental field since 1986. I strive to make each visit positive and enjoyable: I want people to look forward to seeing us!
Outside of work, I love being with my husband Bruce and two children, Blake and Madie. We enjoy spending winters at White Pass Ski Resort and enjoy the beautiful Northwest the rest of the year.
I look forward to meeting people, learning who they are, and building relationships while helping them achieve healthy smiles. I’ve been part of our team since 2001 and consider our patients to be part of my family. By providing a wonderful and caring dental hygiene experience, I ensure patients enjoy their visits while cleaning teeth, offering preventive care, and teaching each patient how to keep their smile healthy and clean.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys all kinds of crafts and camping with family and friends. Her best friend is Dan, her husband of more than 30 years.
I enjoy getting to know each patient as a person, meeting his or her individual needs in a calm and compassionate way. I know that by helping patients achieve a healthy mouth I am helping improve each person’s overall health. I became part of the Inspired Dentistry of Yakima family in 2003, having started in the field in 1989. I assess oral health, provide preventive and prophylactic care, and teach patients about their oral health. Teeth are important, and I help patients keep their teeth healthy for a lifetime!
When not caring for patients’ smiles, I spend time with my husband of 25 years, our two almost-grown children, and two cats. We volunteer with our church’s co-ed scouting organization and enjoy camping and outdoor adventures. I love music, play the violin, and sing in my church’s choir.
I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and welcome, so each person can achieve the smile they desire. I’ve been a dental hygienist since 1991 and became part of the team in 2014. I graduated from Clark Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in 2012. After my degree in dental hygiene, I continued my education and received my Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygeine from Eastern Washington University in 2013. My career passion is to help patients feel comfortable in my hygiene chair, to help them enjoy their smile, and to give them a better understanding of oral health and its effect on their body. I enjoy staying current in all dental hygiene techniques through continuing education and thrive on staying on top of current dental hygiene protocols. Dr. Brown is a great supporter of staying on top of new technology and current dental medicine.
When I’m not in the office I love to run, ski, wakeboard, and support local events. I have a black belt in karate and enjoy competing around the northwest. My husband Jake and I are the proud parents of two dogs (Carlos the pug and Bruno the boxer).
I’m a graduate of the Yakima Valley Community College Dental Assisting Program. I’ve been assisting Dr. Brown off and on since 2000. After taking a break to complete my Associates of Arts in Radiology Technology in 2010. I’ve been told that my greatest gift is connecting with my patients to help ease their fears and nerves about being in a dental office. I love to create a sense of family with each and every patient.
Some of my hobbies include baking, bringing treats to work, and hanging out with the girls outside of the office. One of my greatest joys is raising my son Ashton and reflecting on how much he keeps growing.
My career as a dental assistant began almost 15 years ago and I was proud to join Dr. Brown in 1999. I enjoy meeting new people every day and love seeing how they are transformed when they have a beautiful smile. I want all of our patients to have a comfortable dental experience and am always available to lend a helping hand to my teammates if they need me.
I have three sons and three grandchildren that I enjoy spending time with. When I'm not at work I enjoy going to the movies, camping, and having a good time with family and friends.
I started working for Dr. Brown in 1999. My responsibilities include overseeing patient and data flow and building relationships with patients and their families while helping to achieve their dental goals. It is my goal to make sure our office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Dr. Brown is not only a great dentist, but his deep sense of integrity and compassion makes me strive to be a better person.
When away from the office I am almost always with my wonderful husband, Andy, and my two amazing children, Hunter and Emme.
I am one of the first people to welcome and greet our patients when they come into the office, so I am sure to have a warm and friendly smile on my face. I love working with people and providing top-quality customer service to them. Dr. Brown is a family man with Christian values, making this office a wonderful place to work.
I love spending time with family and riding my horse when time allows. My husband and daughter love taking me out on the boat for some fun in the sun and fishing of course.
